At the Jerome Bettis Bus Stops Here Foundation, our Ready Fore Work program gives Pittsburgh youth more than golf skills, it’s about confidence, teamwork, and responsibility that carry into everyday life.

In partnership with First Tee – Pittsburgh, students get after-school instruction, mentorship, and hands-on experiences that help them grow into capable, confident leaders. High school participants can even gain professional experience as summer caddies at Bob O’Connor Golf Course.
