Keys to being happy -
Go to bed early,

Perform a "cleaning regiment" a minimum of 2x per year
make sure to fill your body with good bacteria, we are 70-80% bacteria use apple cider vinegar with the mother notice the difference when you give your kid mother's milk instead of fake stuff (fake stuff makes them constipated resulting in them crying more and sleep less) same thing happens to us
People want to complain about being unhappy, yet they don't make the changes in their lives for this to occur.
Be authentic - lying is a habit. Being a genuine person is a lot more peaceful than having to worry to keep lies intact
Find a way to be grateful. Studies have found that anxiety and being grateful are not possible to be felt at the same time.
