Our fast growing firm is looking for a qualified fire alarm & security technician in the low-voltage integration field. Must have experience in Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Security systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Service & Troubleshoot security systems and addressable & conventional fire alarm systems from a wide range of manufacturers.
•Create site-specific fire alarm & security system programs based upon job requirements and specifications.
•Assist fellow technicians as needed.
•Discuss and identify customer needs, develop value enhancing solutions to meet customers requirements.
•Achieve assigned service tasks within defined time-frame.
•Maintain ownership of projects and communicate to management the strategy needed to be successful with the client.
•Keep abreast of latest equipment and application methods.

*Qualifications and Experience:

*•Candidates must have minimum of 3-5 years experience in low-voltage systems service.
•Approximately three months to become familiar with service territory, customers, product, services, and internal procedures.
•Assertive, outgoing, highly personal personality with excellent communications skills.
