Lateral canal on the buccal root. Crazy curve on lingual. A lot of 6 and 8 files died in the process 😂

Referral to an oral & maxillofacial surgeon, biopsy performed.

Keratocystic Odontogenic Tumors (OKCs) exhibit aggressive behavior, with high recurrence. This review cites them as the most frequent non endodontic lesion that mimics endodontic pathology at 25.5%. They can occasionally cause loss of tooth vitality 👀. They are frequently misdiagnosed as an endodontic issue.
