I hope to see you all on Wednesday January 17 2024 at 6pm to kick off the new year with us! We will meet at Wedt Penn Hospital across from the gift shop I'm the Liberty Room! Feel free to bring a snack to share with the group and whatever you like to stay hydrated with! I'm requesting everyone to bring a small list of your top 3 goals for 2024!
