All you need is six lines of tape on the floor to spark big movement and big learning! 🎨📏
Gross motor skills are the large movements children use to control their bodies—like balance, coordination, and strength 💪🤸‍♀️—and they’re especially important during the toddler years.
When toddlers jump, stretch, reach, and step 🐸✨🖐️, they’re building muscles, body awareness, and confidence in how they move.
Simple activities like hopping over lines, walking heel‑to‑toe, or reaching side to side help strengthen core muscles and improve balance ⚖️👣
These playful movements also support focus, self‑regulation, and readiness for future skills like running, climbing, and even sitting for learning 🧠🏃‍♂️🧗‍♀️
Simple setup, powerful development! 🎉🙌

6 lines of tape = 5 activities to do with them. Have fun!
