🇺🇸✨ Memorial Day reminds us to pause, reflect, and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Today, The Inner Sparkle Effect remembers our fallen heroes with gratitude, love, and deep respect. May we carry their courage in our hearts and never forget the lives given in service to our country. ❤️🤍💙

Today was a gentle reminder that even Reiki practitioners need to pause and listen to their bodies too. 💜✨
When I woke up this morning, I somewhat knew I wasn’t feeling my best, but like many women, caregivers, and healers, I thought I could push through the day.
I still came in for my first client, hoping I would start feeling better. We sat together and chatted for a little while, but I could tell my body was not improving, especially after having my protein shake and realizing I still felt off. In that moment, I knew I needed to truly listen inward.
With so much grace and understanding, my client and I decided it was best to reschedule and go our separate ways for the day. I’m incredibly grateful for her kindness and compassion.
After that, I reached out to my remaining clients to reschedule, and thankfully they were all so understanding and supportive.
Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is stop trying to “push through” and instead honor what our body is asking for. Your body whispers before it screams, honor it. 🌿
Today, I chose rest, hydration, and grace.

Our Mother’s Day weekend began on a beautiful note as our walking group, Walk With Us, came together to honor mothers who have passed on, those nearing their transition, women who are childless not by choice, and those who have experienced the loss of a child. 💜
Together, we each brought stems to share, creating meaningful bouquets in remembrance and for one another — a beautiful symbol of love, friendship, connection, and support.
We are also incredibly grateful to one of our own members, Pam from Avery Willow Designs, for her generous flower donation.
It was a gorgeous day filled with heartfelt conversation, friendship, support, and honoring each of us on our individual journeys. A gentle reminder that none of us are alone and that we can lean on one another through life’s most tender moments.
