Bone support and high blood pressure costume meals

Was very much fun day

starting with the shopping list picking up everything hand selecting and choosing the best quality
Then come to prepare for over 9 different meals enough for the whole week lunch and dinner
Cooking Packing and put the labels on

Finally got to clean up nothing left behind
Was really good energy all day long
