TRAINING THIS SATURDAY 11/23. Supporting Clients Through Post-Election Challenges: Ethical Considerations. *Pay What You Can*, virtual, 1 hour. "The recent election and the events that followed have been overwhelming for many people. Clients are bringing these concerns into therapy, and clinicians may feel unsure about how to help. This pay-what-you-can workshop is designed to give therapists simple tools and guidance to support clients while following ethical principles." Two more trainings to come in January, 2hrs (pay what you can) and 3hrs (details tbd)

Do whatever you need to in order to care for yourself. Take some time to allow your nervous system to recover, if only a bit. Feed yourself, drink water, get rest, take your meds, dial back the media exposure, make your therapy appointment, take a walk, make cookies for your neighbors and take care of each other.
