Annual homelessness count adapted to answer questions brought on by pandemic in Collin, Dallas counties The point-in-time count in Collin and Dallas counties will not look like it has in recent years, when upward of 1,000 volunteers would canvas the streets to get an accurate count of the number of unsheltered residents facing homelessness.

Join Christina as she speaks with Christine Ortega, from Collin County Mobility Collaborative. They will discuss the collaborative efforts of nonprofits in the area. With CCMC at the center, these non-profits work together to help single-mother families get on their feet. Through the services offered, each woman transitions from crisis into sustainable independence.
