📣 Now Hiring: Part-Time Remote Office Administrator (Bilingual – English & Spanish)
📍 Must be local to the DFW area

We’re looking for a dependable, bilingual (English/Spanish) individual to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home office administrative role. While the work is remote, we need someone local to the DFW area for occasional in-person meetings or team check-ins.

🔹 Role Overview:
This role supports our day-to-day operations with tasks such as:
• Responding to emails and client inquiries
• Scheduling cleanings and managing the calendar
• Data entry, document updates, and customer follow-ups
• Helping with hiring coordination and staff communication
• Occasional social media content assistance or admin tasks

🔹 Requirements:
• Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently
• Must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (work is remote, but occasional in-person meetings required)
• Great communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with email, excel, and basic admin tools
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Prior admin experience is a plus, but not required

• Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start
• Flexible schedule
• Pay based on experience
• Training provided
