These fellas unloaded 32 pallets BY HAND, all to make sure we had enough boxes for the next 6 weeks to pack for our families! we know it’s not an easy task, especially in this Texas weather. We are so very grateful for each of them and the great attitude and beautiful smiles they kept on their faces all morning long!!!!

even the most mundane and least exciting tasks are a blast when at Minnie's Food Pantry 🎉 we love when our friends from Whole Foods Market come serve with us!! not only do they assist year round with helping get fresh produce and meals to families in need, but they put in the time to make it happen onsite as well!!!!!!! shout out to Highland Park for hanging out with us today!!!!!

Together, last week you helped make the impossible possible:

• 2,488 people received supplemental food assistance through Minnie’s Food Pantry
• 156 FIRST-TIME clients reached out and received help from Minnie’s
• 147 VIP clients (un-homed individuals) received food and essential toiletries
• 83,308 meals were distributed to neighbors in need
• 141 pallets were restocked, sorted, prepped, and quality-checked for distribution
• 1,425 meat bags were packed with love and care
• 840 Minnie’s Family Food Boxes were assembled
• $10,977.01 worth of basic necessities were provided through Minnie’s Boutique
• 2 empowerment classes were hosted through Minnie’s Empowerment Center

These numbers are remarkable, but what they truly represent are people.

Parents who were able to put dinner on the table.

Children who didn’t have to go to bed hungry.

Seniors living on fixed incomes who received support when budgets fell short.

Individuals experiencing homelessness who were reminded that they matter.

Families facing impossible choices between food, rent, medicine, and transportation who found relief because of your kindness, your selflessness, and your love in action that said HUNGER has NO home here in our community.
