What happens when counseling meets Neuroscience?
You get a clinician who helps clients understand their brain, nervous system, and sleep patterns - while building practical tools for lasting change.
Carmen, LMSW, works with clients using integrative counseling, CBT for insomnia, and Neuro/Biofeedback training at the B.E.T. Center in Plano, Texas.
She also coordinates our remote neurofeedback program, helping clients train their brain from home.
