✨ Mesmerizing Kathak meets Broadway flair in *El Dorado* ✨

This 90-minute dance-ballet tells the story of Mukta, a beautiful young woman who sets out on a breathtaking journey in search of happiness, guided by her mother’s final words. Her voyage, filled with joys and trials, comes alive through Hindustani music fusions, intricate classical solos & group choreographies, original paintings, evocative poetry, and dramatic lighting design.

A true confluence of art forms, *El Dorado* is written, directed, and musically composed by **Anita Kulkarni** (Founder-Artistic Director, Renu Forum for the Arts ) and choreographed by Guru Akhila Rao (Director, Kathak Rhythms, Dallas) in Kathak for female lead and senior dancers of . Adding depth to the production, the **male lead will present in Bharatanatyam**, creating a striking cross-classical dialogue on stage.

Premiered in India in 2022 in Stylized Odissi, *El Dorado* has since enthralled audiences at prestigious venues, receiving rave reviews from media, critics, and connoisseurs alike. We are now delighted to bring its **North American premiere** to Texas!
