When you're moving Watch out for too good to be true —
So you received an estimate from a cross-country mover that was $1,000 less than everyone else. Great!
But read the fine print.
Some movers will actually low ball the estimate, then hold on to your valuables until they get more money.

Sure you’ll notice a couch or a bed missing, but jewelry and picture frames? Not so much.
Make sure you keep a list of things you absolutely want to go with you, and mark whether it went into the moving truck or not.
