So grateful to continue my study to rewire the brain to achieve greater results. REPETITION=RESULTS

is one of my faves!
He brings neuroscience, quantum physics, epigenetics, breath work & meditation together to reprogram brains, to change emotions, to change neurochemistry, to heal the body.
And… He backs it up with science. He’ll be teaching and guiding us through deep meditations while conducting numerous tests & scans on participants, as well as the energy of the room all week.

So excited for this opportunity to immerse myself in the deep work.

What is your “YAY for today?!”

I know when a session really hits, bc then I get a sweet sticky note 🙂

Always encouraging my clients to honor their growth by acknowledging and celebrating their WINS… doing the hard stuff, changing patterns, sitting in discomfort, staying committed, stretching and growing, etc

Observe any toddler: the most authentic human creature, pre-shame and guilt conditioning, they unabashedly cheer for themselves. This genuine pride fosters further risk-taking and growth. Which then results in more pride and confidence and so on. This is a natural developmental process.

As adults, we need to resume this practice, especially when engaging in intentional challenging therapy/ self-growth.
** Get into the habit of asking yourself “What is my YAY for Today?!?”
