So I am back in the UFC gym but I’m working with a personal trainer to get my core physically ready to continue with my MMA training.
I miss training so much. I also missed being in the gym and feeling healthy.
So let’s see how I look and what happens within the next month and how far I progress.
I am 130 pounds, 26% body fat.
I think I want to get around 18% body fat and I would like to try to stay at 130 pounds. Maybe 125 if I can’t keep
The weight on. I need to get rid of this gut.
