Body control helps you become a better athlete.
So this is just me showing off on an ab workout but a major reason I can do all the other stuff you see me do is because I focused a lot on the basics. Basic training tip 101: strengthen your core and everything else comes easy.

This is one of my favorite workouts it builds hamstrings, increase ability to produce force, improves core stability, and full body power/ coordination

Ppl hate on this one a lot. I could care less tho because I know it’s a good and fun workout with many benefits

So I like this drill because is sports generic, combining lateral movement or jump cuts with single leg explosiveness which takes a high level of athleticism. There’s not one sport that improving these skills and your timing/coordination won’t benefit you in

I know I post a lot of things that you probably haven’t seen before but that’s because I don’t believe traditional training will make you the athlete you dream of being. You may get some small gains in strength and speed but elite athletes are built different. How will that ever happen if you do what’s always been done⁉️
