Finished up this deck today!
I’m not sure what the original plan was.. but it wasn’t a good one… 🤦🏻
Removed underlayment, drip edge, and plywood.
Added some framing. Installed new decking boards. Also had a small concrete patch. Decking will be painted next year.

Another Busy Day!
Unloaded Yesterday’s haul from the demo project.
Installed some rope railing, and got the water going at Valcour Redemption.
Then went and filled the trailer again, the first apartment is almost all stripped besides the subflooring and some more lath and plaster.
All electrical will also be removed and updated.
