Plattsburgh Police Local 812

We would like to congratulate Sergeant TJ Rabideau on a happy and healthy retirement! Sergeant Rabideau’s last call for service was on Novmeber 28th after dedicating 22 years of service to the City of Plattsburgh community and police department. During this time, he served as one of the Presidents for the Local 812 for many years. The yearly donations the Local 812 makes to the Clinton County Christmas Bureau couldn’t have been done without the time, dedication and space that Sergeant Rabideau and his family have offered throughout the years. His strong connections to the community and goal to give back more than ever before each year will be greatly missed. The Local 812 has big shoes to fill with Sergeant Rabideau’s retirement. Thank you for your knowledge, dedication and commitment not only to the City of Plattsburgh Police Department but to the community as a whole.

Plattsburgh Police Local 812, Plattsburgh Professional Firefighters Local 2421, and Plattsburgh Moose Lodge #2390 came together to make sure Momot Elementary got some communication boards this year! These new communication boards will ensure Momot students with limited verbal abilities can express their needs, preferences, and allow them to make decisions. We take pride in serving our community, and it was our pleasure to participate in this project!

The Christmas Bureau donation this year was a huge success. A special thanks to Sgt. Rabideau and his family for their continued work towards helping make the holidays brighter for the families of Clinton County!
