Meet Dr. Josh Toby, M.D.!
Dr. Toby is a highly skilled interventional spine physician who has worked closely with Dr. Kevin Pauza for many years. As a Master Instructor for the Discseel® Procedure, Dr. Toby sees patients from around the world in our Dallas, TX office, where he works alongside our team to treat chronic back and neck pain. We're proud to have him on our team!

During the Discseel® Procedure, an Annulargram test is used to identify disc tears. In this image, the bottom three discs are leaking, while the top two are normal. Leaky Disc Syndrome is a significant source of chronic back pain and may be undetected with standard imaging, making specialized treatments and diagnostics valuable for effective relief.
