Happy birthday to you, Mary Ann! Wonder how it was possible for Eric and Michelle to attend business meetings and host building seminars after hours? It was for this force of nature, Eric's mom, always willing to help out. She was even known to come greet at our open house events! We appreciate you- hope today starts a great year!

We had a customer in recently who didn't want a home too large, less than 1400 sq. ft.
But what they did want:
-entry closet
-walk in closet in the master bedroom
-tons of kitchen storage including a pantry
-side entry
At first this seemed daunting, and though in our model we removed the entry closet, it is a standard feature! I thought we'd take a moment to reintroduce everyone to the Titan Homes Intrigue. We saw it at the spring home show, but our home that was "set" last week was the first with the new QUARTZ option from AtlanticHomes. And let me tell you, it's as beautiful as you might imagine. We have the samples now, so happy to show it to you anytime!
