The outage today for computers is caused by companies using an MDR software called Crowd Strike. Ironically this software is there for security but for some reason this update was released with this major bug in it taking down companies all around the world. We do not use Crowd Strike and none of my clients went down. If any of you have any questions, you are free to ask them. MDR stands for Managed Detection and Response.
