Taking a moment for our caviar station, because this one was part of a very special event for , and it gave us the best kind of creative playground.⁠

Three takes, three completely different moods: the classic with blini, crème fraîche, egg, chive, and Osetra caviar; the rustic with buckwheat pizzelle, whiskey cream, and smoked trout roe; and our signature with olive oil gelato, gummy candy, salted kettle chip, and Kaluga hybrid caviar.⁠

This event was filled with major favorites, but this station was a definite favorite!⁠

Individual charcuterie cones are one of those event details that make so much sense: easy to hold, easy to mingle with, and no one has to hover awkwardly over the cheese board pretending they’re not going back for more salami.⁠
