Lizzy’s Cooking will be offering a limited amount of homemade tamales this December 24th and December 26th, 2025.

I’ll be making two favorites:
• Pork tamales
• Chicken tamales
Both prepared with a rich red chili sauce made from guajillo and New Mexico chiles.

Available by the half dozen or full dozen only:
• Dozen – $36
• Half dozen – $25

Please note: While my tamales are gluten-free, my kitchen is not a gluten-free environment.

I’ll be offering for dinner, red chicken enchilada meal

Red enchiladas are one of my most requested meals. I make my enchilada sauce from scratch, using guajillo and cascabel peppers. The result is a rich flavorful, but not a spicy sauce.

Breast of chicken stuffed into rolled corn tortillas, topped with sauce and a blend of jack, cheddar cheese.
Accompanying the meal is my Mexican rice and beans.
