As Pacific Gas & Electric's design partner, Vizion attends monthly operational meetings with PG&E. The discussion this past month concerned how to improve customer service and consistency. PG&E is working towards the stability of dedicated applicant design job owners and providing refresher training for all of those employees. This will not only improve global cycle times, but plan checks and design pricing cycle times as well. Consistency throughout the PG&E system is so important. Many times as we work throughout the PG&E territory, from Bakersfield to Eureka, we find many different rules and guidelines being applied. This improvement helps us all. The goal is partnership with PG&E as we work to improve our developer's project timelines.

Wildfires are growing faster and stronger every year. In response, Southern California Edison is implementing new technology to aid in slowing the spread of fire as much as possible.
