A bit about Brenda...

Brenda’s interest in real estate began at 12 years old when she helped her dad study for his Real Estate test. He later became a successful Real Estate Agent, and in 1992, she began her own real estate career at a local title and escrow company. Starting as an account manager, she later grew to manage a large sales team. Her experience with title and escrow expanded her knowledge of the real estate business. After over 20 years, she decided to go out on her own and become an active real estate consultant. Her love of helping people and serving clients and friends has been the key to her success. She joined a top producing Real Estate team that over the last 10 years has sold over 1,000 properties in Northern California and is ranked in the top 10% in the field.

Her “client first” philosophy is putting the “real” back in Real Estate. This means being a good listener and a good communicator who responds quickly to her clients’ needs. Along with that, she values the qualities and skills that make an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, savvy marketing, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.

Brenda is a wife and mother to 3 wonderful boys; she has a beautiful daughter in law, a darling granddaughter and grandson. She loves to cook, read, and spend time with family and friends.
