♥️Grateful to turn a year older yesterday.

It made me reflect on why I’ve been quieter across all social media for a while.

✨I’ve been honoring my need to take some space.

✔️To step out of the constant “on.”
✔️To not feel the need to share or respond in real time.
✔️To let my system settle a bit.

We don’t talk about that enough.

There’s a lot of value in showing up consistently, but there’s also value in knowing when to step back.

✨Giving yourself that permission isn’t falling behind. It’s often what allows you to come back more grounded, clear, and intentional.

Grateful to teach another MCLE for attorneys on how to Stay Sharp, Steady, & Well, this time for the San Mateo County Bar Association, focused on performance under pressure and nervous system regulation.
