Spray Assistant / Spray Operator to help with spray equipment, surface prep, and coating applications on construction projects.
💰 $20–$40/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Apply coatings, paint, or textures using spray systems
Prepare surfaces (masking, sanding, priming)
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow safety procedures and job site requirements
Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
Experience with spray equipment preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Construction, painting, or drywall experience is a plus
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, hardworking
