✨ Hi, I’m Sarah — the photographer behind Sarah Carpenter Photography ✨

I’ve been living the portrait photography dream since 2011 and am now happily based in Pocatello, Idaho (after growing up in Idaho Falls, college in Moscow — GO VANDALS! — and a few years in Nampa).

I specialize in families and weddings, but I also love seniors, babies, bo***ir, and pretty much any session that lets me meet new people, try new things, and capture real-life moments in meaningful places.

When I’m not behind the camera, I’m with my crew — my husband, our 7-year-old daughter, 5-year-old twins, and three crazy-but-lovable dogs 🐾

My heart is in documenting the people and moments you’ll want to hold onto forever.

I’m also one half of Double Exposure Collective, a shared studio space with my studio partner and dear friend, Keelyn with Forever Young Photography 🤍

I’m Keelyn, the photographer behind Forever Young Photography, based in Pocatello, Idaho. I specialize in families, couples, individuals, and weddings!

A little about me — Ive been married since 2020, I’m a mom to two boys, and share life with two dogs. (Im always covered in dog hair😂) When I’m not behind the camera or editing sessions, you’ll usually find me playing with my boys or with a book in hand (fantasy and mystery/thrillers are my go-to).

I believe photos should feel effortless, emotional, and true to you, not stiff or overly posed. Whether it’s your wedding day or a season of everyday life, my goal is to document moments that you’ll want to come back to for years to come.

Double Exposure Collective (DEC) is a shared photography studio in Pocatello, owned by Sarah Carpenter Photography and Forever Young Photography

✨While we each run our own separate photography businesses, DEC is a space we co-own together. You’ll see work from both of us happening here, but when you book with either photographer, you’re booking their individual business — just photographed inside our shared studio.
