good afternoon everyone. just finishing up with patients today and wanted to let everyone know that we are not having performance training tomorrow 8/12. some of our young athletes will be out of town, but hopefully here for training next week. enjoy sleeping in!

Tuesdays from 6-7AM, bright and early, starting tomorrow!!! 7/1/2025. we will be working on core strength, balance, leg and shoulder strength tomorrow morning.

we are taking a two week break from performance training and will be back to building athletes Tuesday 7/1/2025. we look forward to seeing everyone soon!.
