💥 Warriors of the Month: David & Marti Stirling 💥

Ending 2025 with one of the strongest power couples we train—known for their unwavering commitment and consistently giving their all! They represent what PVB Performance is all about!

“Marti and I have always been fitness and wellness conscious. Having both played sports throughout high school and college, that mindset continued as we raised our family on a foundation of total fitness – mind, body, and spirit.
Since moving to PVB in 2020 and joining PVB Performance, I’ve watched Marti reach new levels of fitness that I believe she previously thought unattainable. She has addressed injuries and setbacks head-on with a total commitment to getting stronger. She loves her 615a community to which she attributes her new found love of doing burpees. She will even throw in a Sally late on a Sunday afternoon to get ready for Monday morning …(just kidding ..that’s a bit of a stretch). Marti is a Warrior - she pushes me to work harder.
David believes that people often limit their potential by not thinking big enough. I’ve watched him set big goals and push beyond his boundaries. David has had a few injuries over the past couple of years and has worked through them and kept going. His daily routine starts 515AM at PVB Performance, and he loves the camaraderie and culture that makes it special. He inspired me to join him at PVB Performance and I have not looked back since.”
