Well I have made it a point to ensure this thing really takes off and then I hit a rough patch last month with my health and then summer is our busy time with work so between being in and out of urgent cares for hypokalemia (severe low potassium count in bloodstream), also I was deficient in magnesium and was severely dehydrated. So I cramped up at work bad and couldn’t hardly move, puked then became kinda delirious due to the life threatening low potassium levels. Anyways it has taken a while to get my body rehydrated properly and get my levels back up. I’m still not 100% but close. So I kinda dropped the ball with pushing forward with my addiction podcast that mind you won’t be like anything from the similar context. It’s approaching this whole addiction thing from the inside out and I plan on having experts, doctors, addicts, counselors, peer recovery coaches, anyone who has anything to do with recovery/addiction/rehabilitation and so on. You don’t have to be anyone of stature, I like hearing good getting sober and most importantly STAYING SOBER stories. I also like to debate with those who hold various positions that may stand opposite to my position on a wide variety of things revolving around this topic.
I also have other creative content endeavors and I have posted a poster below showing them. I have really dove into my spirituality from a metaphysical perspective and really exploring my empath and energy reading type of abilities that I hadn’t took seriously until o had a few instances shake me to my core and now it’s helped me too help myself and also my wife and others. Hard to explain in a post but I will hold open chats over Facebook and other platforms.
