A flower is not separated from the seed that germinated the plant that grew to hold her. 🏵

The same way we are not separated from our past personalities and life circumstances.

We evolve and shed our skin like the Snake. And we also flourish. 🌺

But our essence, the seed that brought us here, is always there. 💮

Is the base we start from and what fuel us to keep expanding and growing more leaves, more flowers, more skin. 🐍

Embrace your past, because it brought you through the exact lessons you needed to have in order to bloom, once again. 🪶

Healing journey that starts with the Heart's own yearning:

If my first one was to jump into a different country, it would take a few years to see repeating patterns alone. I learnt by myself that I was repeating the same mistakes by continuing the same patterns of behaviour or even attracting the same people to my life. 💔

It was that second rock bottom that pushed me up to solely give love and work on myself for that end.

I'm so happy to see the seeds of what it is now most of life's work and journey. Be gentle with our healing part and do a bit at the time.

I also allow my intuition to speak loudly, which I activate with constant creative activities and inner child love activities (artist dates).

I know my intuition is the highest form of guidance there is. That it'll make me take some lessons from some people and doubt others systems that don't align with me. ☀️

This picture in Damanhur was a trip following our (my husband and I) own intuition and synchronicities. ✨️ The place exuded love to mother earth and ways to connect with ancient civilisation's wisdom in order to rewrite the future of humanity.

I never felt so connected, and of course, once you step online, there's always the Science view that conflicts with what the body and Spirit can only feel but not really explain.

Mind and Heart, right?

So I know my path will find ways and people that will help me grow. But guess what? That work is on my to take and decide what I take and what I don't. 🙏 Because my intuition and sacred guides are there to gentle move me to what's my soul path in a safe way.

My point here? 🔮 Do work on having a strong Intuition and Gut Feeling. Call it connection to the heart if you feel like.

How? Connect with Creativity and Mother Nature. 🎨🎻🌊🐎🌲

❤️ Because that will be your most valuable compass. And nobody can take that away from you.

When you have your inner compass, you are truly AWAKEN to see the truth behind everything.
