Finally ready to admit that the lab isn't really a bird lab as much as a bird habitat creating land stewardship organization. I still want to do bird work but these invasive plants need someone to control them ... So I combined all the things into my new lab logo.

Our summer got off to such a fast start that I haven't yet introduced all of the new technicians working on this project. So it's time to meet the technicians in their natural habitat!

Meet Christina! Rocking her field work assignment of measuring trees and cutting invasives and making it look easy. Christina is a biology major who took Conservation Biology with me this past semester and I'm so happy she is on the crew!
