Rest doesn’t have to feel unproductive if you do it intelligently.

Client came to me with inability to raise right arm above 90 degrees without discomfort.

The before video was before the start of her second treatment (and she was able to get a little bit more than 90 degrees).

After the session she experienced full range of motion.

Best part is..we didn’t even work on the shoulder!

Still have some work to do to continue her treatment plan, but these are the results of knowing how to assess and treat dysfunction at its source.
