Don’t get me wrong here I LOVE 1000 hours outside…

I have all of Ginny’s books and listen to the podcast religiously Ginny Yurich, M.Ed | 1000 Hours Outside

But tracking and timing who was out when with 2 boys under 3 became impossible

My OCD 🧠said I can’t stop tracking but my heart knew being present and enjoying this season with my boys was most important

My camera roll of smiling faces and sleepy babes is all I need to know we got outside and enjoyed our summer together ☀️

Life hack for those struggling to get outside:
Start with meals outside, grab your dinner plate and go sit outside- it’s that easy🍴

Some old-fashioned skills never lose their value. Feeding your family is one of them. 🌿🤍
