Our office is open everyday to answer your queries and take your payments via phone with your Visa/Master Cards, debit or credit. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please be sure to indicate your unit # & name on either of those methods. Paying with CASH is okay too, please, please, put cash in an envelope with your unit # and name on it. Cash, checks and money orders can be dropped in the mail slot just left of the front door. Receipts can be handed to you through a slightly opened front door; or can be emailed or sent USPS. They also can be picked up in the office after the crisis has passed. IF you are looking for a space to rent, call us 727-845-7585, we will take care of that either by emailing you the forms for you to fill out and bring in with your payment, or we can do this at the office and still keep us both safely apart.
