Yolanda, "Yoyo", is always there with a quote, a hug, and sometimes the hard truth. Mentors meet you where you're at in your recovery, to remind you that hope is possible.
At OCC, our groups include Forest Therapy. Getting our clients out, into nature, and giving them space to reset, breathe, and slow down. Recovery takes time, we make sure our groups give you that time. Time for yourself, time for your sustained recovery.
