🌙 The sun has set, the day is through,
The world is quiet, and so are you.
Let go of thoughts of what has been,
And find the stillness deep within.

With every breath, let tension fly,
Like clouds across a midnight sky.
No need to plan, no need to keep,
Just drift into a mindful sleep.

The night is already here, and the stars are watching over us. Let us let our hearts rest gently. Let us let go of the journey’s weight and allow ourselves a deep, restorative peace. Rest well, everyone!

Hello all friends and seekers. This is a crazy time to keep your center. Don't let the darkness around you dim your light. You may take part and be active for what you believe is right and good, help others in the way that you need to.... And you can still keep your heart centered on peace. It is a journey for all of us.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the Lunar New Year, the Year of the Fire Horse, and coinciding with the Fire Eclipse. Please be mindful tomorrow and meditate on peace and harmony for yourself and the world. This day has very strong spiritual energy, use it well.

Istanbul is the crossroads and mash up of the East and West, the culture and history is a bit overwhelming! After coming from Japan the city is chaotic and loud!:) and the people are expressive and beautiful. My stay was in an old section of town with narrow cobble stone streets which may end in steps up to the next plateau, lots of small one room stores off the street,, cafes and coffee shops... Turkish coffee! Being the height of the summer tourist season there were lots of folks from all over the world, truly a world meeting spot. Visited mosques, the grand bazar, the ancient Byzantine Walls and a cistern under the city and had an enlightening evening going to a Sufi Sema, a prayer service where I was inspired and witnessed whirling dervishes. We all are finding God in our own perfect way. They way we know how to seek in the moment. It may change as we develop our soul understanding and as we grow in consciousness. It is all good as long as we keep loving and seeking truth.
