Cultivating Balance and Harmony through Vibrational Sound and Yoga.
Restorative yoga: Slowed down, held, and intentional. š
This is a look at what goes into preparing a private group session. Every prop placed, every detail considered, so that when you arrive, all you have to do is breathe and be here now.
Private restorative yoga sessions are a peaceful special way to gather. Whether itās a small group of friends looking to unwind, family coming together, or coworkers stepping away from the noise.
No experience needed. No set up or clean up of props- ever! āØ
Just a willingness to rest.š

Thereās so much happening in our world right now. In our communities, in our hearts, in the collective space we all share. The weight of it can feel overwhelming; the worry, the fear, the uncertainty that seems to follow us from moment to moment.
We know that regrounding feels harder these days. Being present feels like a luxury we canāt afford when our minds are racing. Focusing feels nearly impossible when everything feels urgent and heavy.
Thatās exactly why we created this 3-minute peace meditation.
Not because three minutes will solve everything. But because sometimes, we need permission to stop, even briefly, and remember what peace feels like in our bodies. To interrupt the spiral of worry, if only for a few breaths. To find ground beneath our feet when everything else feels unstable.
Meditation doesnāt have to be long to be meaningful. It doesnāt have to be perfect to be healing. These three minutes are an offering ā accessible, gentle, and real.
If you need a moment today to just be, without fixing or figuring out or fighting, this is for you.
Letās find peace together, three minutes at a time.
With love and gratitude,

The New Year began in an unexpected way. A heel fracture and a sprained ankle. š¦“
Thereās a certain irony, especially with a new class beginning Monday: Therapeutic Yoga for Bone Health.
The truth is, Iām grateful it wasnāt worse.
Iām disappointed to be injured.
My personal practice will look very different for a while.
My business offerings will shift.
My energy feels different.
The list of outdoor family activities I hoped for this week, did not happen.
Whatās humbling is that my right ankle has been speaking to me for months. ā¤ļøāš©¹
Quiet nudges at first then clearer messages.
While I was being checked at urgent care, this quote came to Marioās phone:
āStillness isnāt ānothing.ā
Itās the biggest āsomethingā you can do as a human.
Remembering who you are beneath your thoughts, fears, and compulsions.ā
ā Cory Muscara
This feels like a reminder many of us receive in different ways.
Our bodies speak long before they demand attention.
Rest doesnāt need permission.
A slower pace doesnāt mean something is wrong.
When energy shifts and when life changes. When stillness arrives unexpected and uninvitedā¦There is wisdom there. āØ
Sometimes healing looks like movement.
Sometimes it looks like listening.
And sometimes, stillness IS the practice.
Happy New Year! š
With love and gratitude,
Catherine

⨠Gentle Beginnings: Restorative Yoga + Sound Journey āØ
A nurturing way to welcome the New Year
Join Kalyani Nicole and Mario for a deeply nourishing New Yearās offering designed to support rest, reflection, and renewal.
The journey begins with restorative yoga guided by Kalyani Nicole, inviting the body to soften, release tension, and settle into deep rest. Once the body is fully supported and open, youāll be gently guided into a sound journey led by Mario, where healing vibrations from singing bowls and soundscapes help calm the nervous system, integrate the practice, and create space for new intentions.
This experience is not about doing or strivingāitās about receiving, allowing, and beginning the year from a place of grounded presence and ease.
