Are you new to mediation? 🧘🏻♀️
Do you have trouble allowing yourself to get in a meditative state?
While the benefits to mediation are limitless. The different type of mediations are limitless.
Mindfulness meditation is one my favorite forms of meditation to practice and teach.
It highly effective stress relief technique can help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, , improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties. Mindfulness improves mental health.
Mindfulness can be practiced virtually and in person as it doesn’t require a special meditation area or physical position. It simply requires a presence of mind.
Mindfulness can be useful in detaching from the constant stream of thoughts, judgments, concerns and “clutter” of the mind, and getting to a place of inner peace.
Benefits like a sensation of inner peace may not be experienced immediately, and mindfulness does take practice. 🧘🏻♀️✨🧘🏻♂️
