Our gorgeous buyers K & L spent 2 years on a relentless search for their perfect home. This quest had them looking all over the country. A pristine forest and strong watershed were their top priorities. It was like finding a needle in a haystack. Factor in climate change, wildfire hazards and other considerations of buying a rural property and it’s easy to see why this search might take longer. Happily, they found their dream land in Oregon’s beautiful wild spaces. This farmhouse includes 30+ acres of hiking trails that meander through woods full of birches, maples and fir trees, abundant wildlife, sunny meadows and gardens, and a river full of native fish and the best swimming holes. 2 hours from the city, 30 minutes from the ocean.
