I was fortunate enough that my Grandfather bought me a flight to visit my family in Ohio.

It's been so nice being surrounded by them, as I embark deeper into my pregnancy. They are the most selfless and caring people I know and I'm so proud they are my family.

It's also been a nice break from thinking about shop stuff and general short comings. Pregnancy has forced me to adjust to a slower pace and it's not always easy to allow myself the grace I need.

I'm trying to reconcile emotions from receiving a not so wonderful review on the business today. I was unable to meet someone's expectations, and while I'm wise enough not to take it personally, I'd be lying if I said it didn't hurt.

Keeping any small business afloat is no easy task. We pour our hearts and blood into the fight. And believe me, I've wanted to give up SO MANY TIMES. I have to convince myself to keep pushing, constantly.

All this to say, I'm not giving up yet. More plants ARE coming, despite every reason I can think of to stop trying...

In the meantime, I'm not going to worry about playing the algorithm game, or how bare my shelves are. I'll just be over here doing my best and enjoying life as much as possible. 🙃
