Join us on Sunday, April 16th, 2023, from 7 pm to midnight at UNDERGROUND SF for a night of non-stop beats and incredible vibes and the world premeire of "Legendary Runway ft. Pat Cleveland!

To top it off, award-winning viola artist Keith "Law" Lawrence will elevate the night by bringing us a special string performance.

Legendary Runway ft. Pat Cleveland is a high-energy dance track that pays homage to the unsung heroes of the fashion industry. The track is a tribute to the iconic moment in fashion history when Pat Cleveland and the Girls from 7th Avenue vogue-danced down the runway at the 1973 Battle of Versailles Fashion Show and Fundraiser in Paris.

This release is more than just a tribute to the past; it's a call to action. One A and Pat Cleveland aim to inspire a new generation of Black and Brown artists to claim their rightful place in the fashion and music industries.

The release contains 3 versions, including One A's "Take it to the Runway" mix, which can be heard in the animated biopic "The Girl from 7th Avenue-Pat Cleveland and the Runway Revolution" alongside his original "Deep in the Function" mix. To top it off, Unicorn Breeding Ground's Remix of the track, UBG Express Mix, embellishes the release with live strings played by award-winning viola maestro, Keith Lawrence.

The "Legendary Runway ft. Pat Cleveland" release will coincide with a special screening of the movie "The Girl From 7th Avenue–Pat Cleveland & The Runway Revolution" produced by Antonio's Closet Productions, of which Antonio Contreras is the founder and Artistic Director, and Gehno Aviance is the Executive Director. The film has earned them multiple International Fashion Film Awards.

Legendary Runway ft. Pat Cleveland is an energetic dance release that pays tribute to Pat Cleveland and the Girls from 7th Avenue. As individuals of mixed heritage, One A (aka Gehno Sanchez Aviance) and Pat Cleveland share a passion for reclaiming the heritage of Black and Brown artists, highlighting their contributions to the fashion industry. This track celebrates the iconic moment in fashion history when Pat Cleveland and the Girls from 7th Avenue vogue-danced down the runway at the 1973 Battle of Versailles Fashion Show and Fundraiser in Paris.

Working closely with Pat Cleveland, One A crafted a Deep House track that captures the fierce energy of that iconic runway moment. Pat herself can be heard on the track, ordering the Girls from 7th Avenue to “vogue” as they did over 50 years ago. But the track is more than just a tribute to the past — it’s a call to action. One A and Pat Cleveland hope to inspire a new generation of Black and Brown artists to claim their rightful place in the fashion industry and beyond.

The release contains 3 versions. One A’s Deep House original alongside his Runway Mixx which is included in Antonio's Closet Productions animated biopic “The Girl from 7th Avenue-Pat Cleveland and the Runway Revolution”. To top it off, Unicorn Breedingg Ground remix of the track, UBG Express Mix, embellishes the release with live strings played by award winning viola maestro, Keith Lawrence.
