"Is it a good time to buy a house?" I get asked this at least once a week, if not everytime I talk to someone! The answer is the same no matter what the market is doing... It depends! It depends on what your goals are for the home, are you looking for long term living or investment property? I always suggest talking to a lender before you start your house search, they will give you a realistic picture of what you can afford! Today, with the interest rates going up, the prices are slowly coming down, but not as quickly as one might want them to!
