Choose and prepare safe food for kids, especially those under 5 years old as they are more prone to health complications given that their immune system is still developing. 💪🏻
Other than that, teach them proper hygiene and remind them to handwash often before and after meals.
Bond with baby during pregnancy to help start forming a connection and attachment with them. 🤰
Mama and Papa don't need to wait before the baby arrives because even before birth at around week 18 of pregnancy, the developing baby in the womb may be able to begin hearing body sounds such as Mama's heartbeat. Then at around week 23-26 of pregnancy, babies may be more sensitive to sounds or noise, and respond to voices — your voice Mama! 💗
