Focus on mastering the basics and go from there. Set up your environment to remind you to do the basics. Do that for 90 days and see how much better your blood sugars will be.
Most of the time, if someone is doing all the right things and they aren't getting the results they want, it means they aren't doing enough of the right thing or enough of another right thing.
From my experience, walking after meals is not done enough. And lifting weights/resistance is not done enough. Get those muscles working and use physiology to your advantage.
