Deck repair, the client wanted to repair rather than replace so I removed several boards that were rotted, secured the footings and then stripped and applied deckover.

Kitchen update. On this house we removed all the existing cabinets and counter tops and replaced with custom birch cabinets and granite countertops.

Client had water damage in the basement laundry room. 3 days of dehumidifier removed 7 gallons of water leaving the baseplate in great shape. Repacked the drywall and painted.
