We believe in humans. We believe in YOU. Evoke transformation in yourself and in our world. #coaching
Three years ago, I said yes.
Yes to coaching.
Yes to change.
Yes to becoming the kind of guide I wished I had during my own turning points.
Today marks three years since I officially became a coachโthough truthfully, Iโve been coaching most of my life. As a People & Culture leader, volunteer, parent, friend, and athlete, Iโve always been drawn to that spark when someone sees themselves clearly, names what matters, and moves forward from that place.
These past three years have stretched me in the best ways. Iโve walked beside clients as they:
๐ Stepped into new leadership roles
๐ Reclaimed agency after burnout or trauma
๐ Navigated career pivots, self-trust wobbles, and the question, โWho am I now?โ
The work is tender. Itโs powerful. And itโs never one-size-fits-all.
In my practice, I blend 20+ years of People & Culture/HR experience with intensive Co-Active training, creative tools, evidence-based frameworks, and a deep belief that we are more capableโand more wholeโthan weโve been led to believe.
So if you're standing at a crossroads...
If youโre tired of feeling stuck in โsomedayโ and ready to start now...
Or if you simply want a space that honors both your humanity and your potentialโ
Letโs talk.

Seeking a way forward from the sticky, suffocating sensation of being stuck, I took this photo in 2019 on my first ever backpacking trip through Desolation Wildernessโa season of wilderness for me, both literal and metaphorical.
I didnโt have answers yet. But I did have the questions:
โ Who am I now?
โ Whatโs in my way?
โ What do I want to carry forward?
โ Whatโs worth setting down?
The trailโquiet, winding, steady, equally challenging and abundantโhelped me listen on that solo trek.
The boulders, solid and unmoving, mirrored my inner terrain. What can I move? What must I move around?
I look back at this image now and see a threshold. The beginning of a reclamation. The moment I started honoring who I was, while becoming who I was meant to be.
Most people come to me for coaching because something isnโt quite working:
โ a role that no longer fits
โ a team dynamic thatโs draining
โ a feeling of being stuck
We start with the problem they can name. Annnd... Somewhere along the way, we uncover the questions beneath the questions:
โ Who am I becoming?
โ What do I want to stand for?
โ How do I lead without losing myself?
At CiTiZEN+SEEKER Coaching, we believe growth doesnโt mean becoming someone elseโit means becoming more yourself.

Coaching is the space where you stop abandoning yourself and start choosing on purpose.

Picture Description (alt text available): A dirt trail winds through a forest of tall pine trees and large granite boulders. The path is uneven, lined with rocks and patches of low green vegetation. Sunlight filters softly through the trees, casting a gentle glow on the trail. A prominent boulder stands on the left side of the path, with more rocks and forest in the background, creating a rugged yet serene mountain landscape.

In this podcast episode with SMART Recovery, I talk about why I believe coaching and recovery are deeply compatible, and how we can meet people navigating co-occurring conditions with tools, trust, and tangible next steps.

Sunrise at Haleakalฤ: 5 Ways Awe Fuels Personal and Professional Growth As I stood at the rim of Haleakalฤ, enveloped in the crisp pre-dawn air, the anticipation was palpable. Slowly, the inky sky gave way to a breathtaking palette of purples, pinks, oranges, and reds, as the first light of day broke over the vast crater of the towering dormant volcano on Maui.
